have a question sa DITO Holders but bago nun ay basahin muna ninyo ang previous blogs ko para sa context ng itatanong ko.
BELOW 6 PESOS ANG DITO
As of writing ang DITO ay below na 6 pesos.
It has something to do with its earnings report siguro:

Plus maraming news outlets or media outlets ang nagpapaint sa kanya in a not so nice picture.
Sa earnings ni DITO, what do you expect? I mean, parang expected naman na dapat na they will book losses. Di pa naman sila fully operational at andami pa nila pag gagastusan in setting up the third telco.
Let us be objective here though. Una sa lahat, I do confess na wala akong DITO stocks.
No bias here or whatsoever. hindi ako pro at hindi din anti.

Ang plan na SRO ng DITO ay nasa 6.11 to 7 pesos per share.
Now ay below 6 si DITO.
It would not make any sense na magSRO higher sa current market price kasi walang mag aavail nun.
So, 2 things ang pwede manyare.
Umangat ang price ni DITO higher than SRO price and yung 6.11 to 7 pesos ay good na deal sa mga mag aavail
Or
Mas lower ang gawing SRO price.
My question sa mga DITO holders ay ganito…
Alin sa dalawa sa tingin ninyo ang manyayare?

Sa opinion ko po base sa sentiment ng market ay mas lower pa ang current prize sa SRO price nila kaya no choice ang DITO na ibaba pa nila ang SRO price nila para attractive sa mga investors ang trader.

Wala po akong DITO maam di ko kasi siya makita sa TD strat. Sa tingin ko po mas lower ang price ng IPO dahil sino po kukuha ng SRO kung mas mataas ang SRO price conpare sa current market price.
