How I Gambled And Earn 5 Million in MerryMart Stock

It doesn’t matter if trader ka or investor. Kapag I say the stock code MM, alam mo ito. Merrymart made their IPO sa PSE. Offering price was Php 1.00.
After nag open sa PSE, the stock went nuts. It went ballistic. Two day ceiling. Sa di nakaka alam ng ceiling thats 50% increase of the stock price.
Let’s take a closer look at what happened noong June 15 which was the day it opened sa market.
As you see Col Financial at Timson were the top buyers. Their average buy was at 1.47 pesos. Ceiling price was at 1.5 that day so medyo malapit soon. Mga retailers na di naka avail sa IPO price yung ngpush ky MM pataas

As you see top buyer pa rin si Col. Top seller pa rin si PNB but yung top buyer na si Timson naging second-highest seller today

Let’s try to take a minute and dissect the two day trading transaction ng MerryMart.
Looking at the picture. May na notice ba kayong kakaiba?
Wala? Ok look at the picture from june 15 at 16.
Now. Do you see it?Hindi pa rin? Sige let me point it out.
PNB:Underwriter by day. Profit taker by night.
Take a look at this picture.
PNB sold 96M worth of shares. They bought 29M and sold 96M.
That is not a typo.
“Huh?Maam di ka yata marunong mag math eh. 29 is not equal to 66!Duh…”
Well, tama ka. Di nga equal. So, if di equal saan galing shares na binebenta ni PNB?
Balikan natin prospectus.
If you see sa photo yung IPO offered ay nadistribute sa Private which includes Qualified Butyers, Fundies, etc., then sa trading participants (brokers mo)at sa LSI(Local Small Investors).

So in short kahit 29M lang nabili ni PNB ay may hawak ito na ibang shares since distributed yung shares offered ni MM
Maam di ba may lock out rule?Di sila pwede magbenta?
Yes may lock out rule.
Read mo blogs ko about IPO and makikita mo what that rule is. Yung mga included lang sa locked out rule yung naka locked yung shares na hawak.
Yung 70% na nasa Private at yung nasa Trading Participant at Lsi di subjected doon. So they can sell.
Seeing 29M lang binili ni PNB at ngbenta siya 66M meaning my shares siya na benenta outside doon sa nabili niya at after IPO.
How did you earn 5M?
I did not. I just tried doing clickbait titles like a lot of gurus out there. My purpose yun. Here it is.
Let us look at MM sa chart.
Day trading set up is alma at 1-15 min tf. Lets look at 1-15 min TF
As you see walang good entry points sa gamit ko na strategy. So, what did I do? I TOOK A PASS.
That’s right. I did not trade MM. I did not gain that whooping 100% but its fine. I’ve been trading for a while na and over the course of my trading journey, I missed a lot of trades but as long as I stick sa systems ko all is fine.
I will never take a chance if hindi pasok sa strategy or system ko. That’s one lesson na I learned the hard way a long time ago.
Sa TL Family ko please stick to your system/strategy. It will save and protect you.

Hello. I am a newbie sa stock market. Ang dami ko pa pong hindi ma-gets na process and terminologies that you guys use. Pwede niyo po ba ako i-guide without judging, bashing me according to what I only know as of the moment? 🙂 Gusto ko po talaga matuto.
Gusto ko po kasi sana bumili ng MM, I have 12 stocks currently on my portfolio. Seeing the MM, gusto ko po bumili pero 50/50 kasi bago palang c mm and di pa established like other stocks.
Questions:
1. Ano po ba ang tamang entry points? Nababasa ko po kasi yan sa comments.
2. Ano at paano po yung plan/strategy na name-mention din po dito? Paano ko po yun gagawin? Meron po bang actual sample na pwede nyo po maituro sakin?
3. Paano po kapag nagbenta pero hundreds lang ang kita, okay lang po ba yun? Like for example, MWIDE–nabili ko po ng 5.7 per share and i bought 100 shares.. ngayon po ang price niya is 7.35.. so ang gain ko is 136.60 kung ibebenta ko po sa price na 7.35..
sa gains po na 136.60 worth it po bang ibenta kapag ganyan? dapat ko po ba ibenta kahit maliliit palang ang gains?
4. Total na pinasok ko po sa account ko is 46k.. I bought 12 different stocks sa 46k po na yun.. Ngayon, if I will sell it all, i am at 51,970.53.. so I will profit 5,970.. tama lang po ba understanding ko? tama lang din po ba na for example ibenta ko lahat para ma secure ko yung profit then bumili po ulit ako?
Sana po matulungan niyo po ako intindihin. Marami pong salamat.

Nabiktima ako ng clickbait! LOL. Hindi ko rin po ito in-attempt na i-trade sa mga kadahilanang:
1. Alam kong paglalaruan ito ng mga insti at mga beteranong tsupitero at na-FOMOng newbies, hindi kakayanin ng puso ko at nagla-lag kong broker
2. Meron pa akong hawak at mahigpit kong binabantayan, faithful ‘to.
3. Wala akong experience sa mga bagong IPO kung paano i-trade. Nung nagIPO ang FRUIT, nagsisimula pa lang akong magbasa-basa at tumingin tingin ulit ng chart.
4. Alam kong huhupa din ang hype ng mga tao jan sa MM, kung may magandang set-up baka pumasok. Afterall, sabi nyo nga, hindi nauubusan ng opportunity. Malay mo, merong pisbol na darating.

Actually nung nakita ko na ngceiling kahapon then I checked the diff. timeframes wala rin po akong nakitang magandang entry like you always teach us. Hanap ng magandang entry na base sa plan/ strat mo. I will wait for the time na makakapasok ako using my strat na turo mo para di masunog port ko. Sabi mo nga po, hindi nauubusan ng opportunity ang market. God bless you!
