MAMA Strategy
I will walk you through a trade strategy called MAMA.
Bago yun let’s recap yung ALMA. So sa ALMA we buy and sell whenever mabreak yung ALMA. Kapag nabreak ng candle ang ALMA pataas and ngstay ang candle there we buy. Kapag nbreak ng candle ang ALMA pababa and it stayed there we sell. Simple diba?
That’s how actual trading should be.
Complicated stuff and indicators should be used lang sa paghahanap or pagfifilter ng stocks. When you’re already in or tinitrade mo na sya make it as simple as possible para mabilis ka makareact sa nangyayare. Balik sa ALMA, if nabreak ng candle ang alma pataas at nagstay there ang candle (given na with good/okay volume ha) we buy then yung cutloss area is always below the Alma line. We sell kapag nabreak ng candle ang alma pababa at nagstay sya dun. Walang but..if.. pag ganun sell na.
Now let’s talk about MAMA. We call it mama kasi ALMA plus MACD. MAMA dahil strong indication ito to buy. Parang utos ni MAMA. Here is how we do it. We buy strong (aggressively) kapag nabreak ng candle ang ALMA at the same time ngcross ang blue na line ni MACD na nasa taas ang blue or what we call Bullish crossover. So after makabili yung exit or pagsesell mo is sa pagbreak pa rin ng candle sa alma pababa at magstay siya there.
MAMA is pandagdag conviction. Using MACD with ALMA gives you two indicators screaming na its time to buy plus iwas ka ma fake out.

Question lang po ms gandakoh–
recommended po ba ang MaMa strategy sa crypto trading gawa ng masyadong volatile ang environment?
I used it twice in a row (testing the waters kumbaga) and was able to execute a good trade.

Ms gandahkoh just wanna ask Kung ok ba si MAMA pang short trading I mean po wag wala pang sell signal I hold ko muna tama po ba. For example 10 days mga ganun

Meron lang po akong isang di na-gets. Dun po sa pag-buy niyo ng ABA, pwede po ba pa-explain paano niyo siya na-screen the day before.
(1) Kase the candle before your entry is na-break PABABA si ALMA;
(2) Tapos di pa din po evident MACD na mag-cross during that time;
However, lumabas padin po ang buy signal nung entry niyo po.
Ang tanong ko lang po pano niyo na-screen yung opportunity the day before?

if nag buy po ba sa EOD tapos pagkabukas ano gamitin sa pag sell 1 hr po ba ang tutukan while open ang trading or 5 mins?or EOD pa rin tingnan kung mag exit na pagka bukas?

(1) Is it still considered as MAMA kahit di ka nasakay sa tamang entry pero naka exit ka naman on time based on ALMA signal?
(2) How to know which timeframe is best for entry and exit? Day, hourly, 15 mins? May testing na po ba on each frame?
(3) Do we need to consider other indicator like RSI for overbought and oversold prior to entry?

Madam Gandako masasabi pa ring bang mama set up ang isang trade kung pumasok ka sa trade mga 3 to 5 days after mag cross ng macd? For example sa ika 3 day nya after ng macd cross nag retrace yung price pabalik ng ALMA pero yung MACD di nya buy signal pa din so I enter. Gusto ko sanang i clarify kung MAMA pa din to ayoko ko kasi mag post sa group baka magulo intindi ng mga nag aaral pa.
