Kapag maraming shares nasa bid side meaning marami gusto bumili. If maraming gustong bumili tataas ang price. Ganyan paniniwala ng newbie. Tara abusuhin natin sila.
Here is the bid and ask of X.
You pad the bid section to make it appear na marami gusto bumili. May safe na area magpad meron din risky.
What you should do is add bids sa two lowest bids na nakikita. Di kailangan sobrang laki ilagay mo. Need mo lang maging strategic. If 70,000 shares nandun lagyan mo 30,000 shares to make it a 6 digit shares which is 100,000 shares.
Of course if you have the money mas malaki chance umangat if out of nowhere may makita sila 1M buy bids.
Best execution nito is team effort. Ask ur friends to pad for you. Tulong tulong para, lokohin newbies. Wala naman mawawala sa pera nila.
If the price moves down or lower instead umangat remove mo lang pad mo or ilipat mo lang sa baba.
If the price moves up magbenta ka muna sa taas bago mo tanggalin ang pad mo at magkape.
Why do traders do these? Oldest trick na to sa book. Creating an illusion of demand. Remember the supply and demand relationship sa economics? Dami demand at less supply tataas price. Same lang din. Strategy ito ng traders to help push their stocks.
How to not get caught by this? Focus sa chart. Walang bid at ask doon puro executed trades ngrereflect.
Focus din sa system mo. Buy kapag my buy signal, sell if may sell signal.
