PAG-IBIG Fund Multi-Purpose Loan

PAG-IBIG FUND Multi-Purpose Loan

The Pag-IBIG Fund Multi-Purpose Loan or MPL is a cash loan designed to help our members with any immediate financial need. A member can borrow up to 80% of their Pag-IBIG Regular Savings, and can be processed in as fast as 2 days! 

WHO MAY FILE/AVAIL?

Any Pag-IBIG Fund member who satisfies the following requirements:

1. Has made at least 24 monthly membership savings (MS);
 A member who has withdrawn his MS due to membership maturity or who has optionally withdrawn his
MS, cannot obtain an MPL unless and until after he has subsequently paid 24 MS following the month of
the said withdrawal.
 A member, who does not meet the required 24 MS, may nevertheless, be allowed to avail of an MPL if his
total savings is at least equivalent to 24 MS at the rate applicable to him.
2. Has made at least one (1) MS within the last six (6) months prior to the date of loan application;
3. If with existing Pag-IBIG housing loan, the account must not be in default as of the date of application;
4. If with existing MPL and/or Calamity Loan, the account/s must not be in default as of date of application; and
5. Has sufficient proof of income.

Below are the three easy steps that you need to do to secure cash through MPL. 

First, go to any PAG-IBIG FUND branch and submit your PAG-IBIG FUND MULTI-PURPOSE LOAN Application form (one copy only). 

You may download the MULTI-PURPOSE LOAN (MPL) APPLICATION FORM form here.  or get the form at any PAG-IBIG FUND Branches near your location. 

What are the  required supporting documents? 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS 
1. Photocopy of at least one (1) valid ID
2. Proof of Income (Formally-employed)
• The “Certificate of Monthly Net Income” portion at the back of the application form must be accomplished by the employer OR submit photocopy of latest payslip duly authenticated by company’s authorized representative.
Proof of Income (Self-Employed or Individual Payors)
• Photocopy of any of the following:
• Business/Mayor’s Permit;
• Commission Vouchers;
• Other valid proof of income.
For releasing of loan proceeds thru Payroll Account*/Disbursement Card**, submit photocopy of the Payroll Account*/Disbursement Card**.
• For application thru employer, the photocopy of Payroll Account*/Disbursement Card** shall be duly certified by the employer.
• For individual application, the Payroll Account*/Disbursement Card** shall be presented for authentication.
* Payroll Accounts using Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) Accounts for Disbursement
** Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP), Development Bank of the Philippines (DBP) or United Coconut Planters Bank (UCPB) Cash Cards

NOTE: The Certificate of NET PAY (refer to the 2nd page of Pag-Ibig MPL form) must be signed by your employer’s authorized signatory. Or if you opt for Payslip as proof of income, the Pay Slip must be authenticated by your company or employer.

NOTE: For easier processing, remember to bring the applicable requirements with you upon submission. (Due to pandemic, expect more number of applicants /customers at PAG-IBIG Fund Branch, better go early if you want to be accommodated first and avoid long queuing)

Second, after submitting your application form and other requirements, get the acknowledgment receipt. This will serve as the acknowledgement receipt of your application.

Loan Proceeds

Subsequently, the loan proceeds shall be released through any of the following modes:
a) Crediting to the borrower’s disbursement card;
b) Crediting to the borrower’s bank account (LANDBANK)
c) Check payable to the borrower. However, when the check remains unclaimed for a period of thirty (30)
calendar days from the DV/Check date, the loan shall be cancelled.
d) Other acceptable modes of disbursement.

(It can be processed as fast as 2 WORKING DAYS according to PAG-IBIG FUND GUIDE)

    apabakit wala pa po ang loan amount sa bdo atm ko a issued ng pag ibig approved na naman po

      Bat po ganun dapat online nio n lang nio nmang puputaktihin kau ng tao nyan buti pa sa sss dali langag file ng loan sa online alam nio nman n pandemic. Nag file ako ng calamity nio sa online dalawang beses ako nag submit walang nangyari pag ibig pa ba yan.

    I already filed my loan last week of February 2020. Until now I don’t have feedback on my MPL. That time was not yet lockdown in NCR.
    I have emailed their addresses but no reply.
